Employ more prescription clerks as it is apparent that the present one is over worked and cannot competently handle with the volume of prescriptions without making errors. Errors which resulted in patients without vital medication which is life-saving.

Getting a repeat prescription has been made very difficult Two weeks ago I requested meds due 25/8/19 to give pharmacy time to order special meds but this was rejected as a week too early. So I resubmitted a further request One week ago but still, this was NOT processed Leaving me just two days of B/p, Diabetic and thyroid meds left due on bank holiday Monday. I was asked to come back again but I have great mobility problems and a script was printed very begrudgingly and I was told: "This is a one-off "and to request earlier next time. The elderly and infirm should not be treated so shabbily as life can be very difficult without staff adding to problems.

Love the idea of being able to book an appointment online but there are rarely any appointments available to book that way which is a shame. Once you get an appointment the service is great but on the rare occasions I go to my GP I always try to see the same doctor so I get some continuity. GP receptionists generally have a bit of a bad rep but the ones are Eagle House do a good job. I have heard them being a bit sharp with people who may not understand the systems for appointments due to language etc but haven't experienced that myself. I haven't had to use it but the Saturday morning walk in is a good idea. I hope it's being used and continues.

I have been a patient at this surgery for twenty five years and have always had outstanding care. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are always friendly. I think you get back what you put in and if you are polite and friendly then that's what you get back. I have been waiting in reception sometimes and heard patients who are so rude to the reception staff and wonder why they are sometimes a trifle curt back. They have such a lot of patience.

Booked appt to see Dr but appt was made with somebody about glucose testing. She was running over an hour late and the waiting room was unbearably hot and I was unable to tolerate the heat after an hour she had not called in a single patient so I had to cancel. I tried to book the appt with Dr. Marks but there was none available for four weeks.Repeated blood test was not back yet. Blood tests should be chased up and appts requested by Dr should be available.
